Opening 7th year of the contest

Princesses of the world that is the way organizers of the prestigious world competition Miss Europe World Junior call their participating girls. On Thursday March 26th Zuzana Belohorcová officially started already the 7th year of this beauty pageant which is not judging just the measures and parameters of the girls, it also stresses the importance of communication skills, humour and the natural charisma of the competitors. The winners of national rounds who are between the ages of 16 to 23 meet in the world finale. The gala show took place in the Silesian wine center in Ostrava. , Just like in previous years, organizers are expecting a couple hundred applications in 2009. The national rounds will take place in more than forty countries from all over the world , said the president of the pageant Mr. Viktor Krča. The interest in this beauty competition is growing year by year. This year we also offer the possibility of submitting the application online. It is related with the importance of computer literacy which is also one of the disciplines , explained Krča. Winners of the national rounds, which will meet in the world final, will be announced this summer. The world final will be hosted by central European countries. Within two weeks the girls will visit a number of interesting places in the Czech Republic and Hungary. The final gala show will be held in Prague. Last year we organized the world final on board of a luxury transatlantic ship floating the Mediterranean Sea. The competitors visited Malta, Barcelona, Naples and Rome , remembers Mr. Krča. This year we would like to show them the beauties that Central Europe has to offer. There will be a lot of promotional actions where they will be presented to public. They will be introduced to Pavel Bém the Prague Mayor and to other representatives of Czech and Hungarian cities, said the president of the competition. The Czech national round has been already started and girls can submit their applications on the official web pages of the competition. Castings will be held in the second half of April and at the beginning of May in Prague and Brno. The 7th year of this prestigious beauty pageant has been already started. Miss Europe World Junior 2009 will surely attract a lot of spectators and partners, will bring many interesting moments and of course great experience to all princesses and participants.
